Our amazing Explorers Room is where Appletree Daycare prepares your child for Nursery School.
In the Explorers Room children prepare for the fun of life beyond Appletree Daycare.
The Explorers Room accommodates 16 children and from the moment they arrive, have a day full of fun including:
- Singing
- Basic Spanish language skills
- Montessori based activities
- Self correcting games.
- Outdoor exploration
- Gardening skills
- Dancing
- Arts and crafts
- Learning about music
The Explorers room will enhance skills learned in Roamers and Adventurers rooms.
We endeavour to ensure your child is socially, emotionally and academically prepared to enter nursery education.
Our staff in the Explorers Room comprise of a qualified Early Years teacher, a qualified Spanish teacher and two childcare practitioners, who ensure all children needs are met to our stringent standards, while keeping with our ethos of learning through play.
